Rules of procedure
The Internal Rules of Procedure of the Accreditation Council and the Foundation Council regulate the organization and working methods of both bodies in detail.
Statutes
In accordance with the Law governing its establishment, the Foundation has adopted Statutes that define its more detailed structure.
Fee regulations
The Fee regulations of the Accreditation Council Foundation provides for an annual basic fee (basic flat rate) for higher education institutions, graduated according to the size of the higher education institution, and a procedure-related fee (flat rate per case) for each accreditation decision.
