The application documents can now be fully sorted into standardized categories under “3 Application”. The “5 Application documents” section has also been closed for processing; the uploaded documents are automatically displayed here. Documents can still be uploaded as usual under “Application” or “Conditions”, “Statement”, subsequent submissions can be sent to the application processing department via ELIAS message.
The query for “extraordinary extension of accreditation” has been removed. The application for extraordinary extensions of accreditation in accordance with Section 26 (3) sentence 1 of the specimen decree (Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of 21.11.2024) has been made via ELIAS since August 2025.
If applicable, the information “Joint Programmes” now only needs to be entered in the “Types of study” of the study programme.
Note: Applications that were created but not submitted before 21.08.2025 may have to be recreated.
