In view of the corona crisis, higher education institutions are currently making numerous emergency decisions that also affect study programmes. For such measures, the Board of the Accreditation Council is suspending the duty of disclosure of essential changes in accordance with Section 28 of the specimen decree (corresponding to state regulations) until further notice, subject to specific regulations of individual states.
The same applies, in consultation with the agency representation in the Accreditation Council, for the analogous provision “under old law” in Clause 3.6.3 of the “Rules for the accreditation of study programs and for system accreditation”.
