Senior Ministerial Councillor Dennis Kutting (1978) studied history and administrative sciences in Cologne, Berlin, Venice and Speyer. He has held various positions at the Ministry of Science in NRW since 2011. Since April 2025, he has headed Group 21 – Planning and Controlling and Division 211 – Policy Issues, New Governance, Academic Degrees at the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Since June 2025, it has been a member (group of countries) of the Accreditation Council.
