Dr. Tim Kohl (1977) studied Philosophy, German Studies and Communication Science at the University of Münster. After working in a management consultancy and on the rectorate staff of the University of Cologne, he has held various positions at the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia since 2017, since April 2025 in Division 211 – Policy Issues, New Governance, Academic Degrees.
He has been a deputy member (Group of Countries) of the Accreditation Council since June 2025.
